Environmental Philosophy

At EverythingEco.ca, we are committed to reducing our environmental impact as much as possible. We offer only products that, in either their production or use, are making a positive impact on protecting our environment. In many cases, the materials used to manufacture our products would have ended up in a landfill had they not been turned into the cool things we sell.

We are absolutely committed to reducing, reusing and recycling. We offer minimal product packaging. Where possible, we use 100% post-consumer recycled paper, and we recycle all of our shipping materials. (Don't be offended if your order comes packed in used cardboard!) Our office and storage space is tiny. Trust us - Kim and Stephen are literally tripping over each other! Our tiny space helps us reduce the amount of electricity and water we use.

Every little bit helps, so we try to reduce our carbon footprint by having goods shipped to us from the shortest possible distance. Our goods are purchased from Canada and the United States.

Ordering Policies

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and payments directly from your PayPal account. Your transactions are encrypted to ensure confidentiality. PayPal delivers one of the most powerful online risk management systems in the world and is a leader in privacy and identity protection. To keep the costs down for you and for us, we do not accept COD orders.

Shipping

EverythingEco.ca offers shipping options provided by Canada Post. Options range from normal package delivery to expedited Courier. You will know your exact shipping costs prior to completing your sale. Once we have processed your order and a tracking number has been assigned, you will be able to track the progress of your order at www.canadapost.ca . We currently do not ship outside of Canada.

Order Changes and Cancellations

When your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail to alert you when processing has begun. If you notice any changes that may need to be corrected in your order, please contact us as quickly as possible as we cannot cancel an order after it has been shipped.

Returns

We are confident you will be 100% happy with your purchase. In the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied, please contact us immediately. We will gladly accept returns within 30 days of package receipt. Exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of package receipt. Exchanges and/or returns must be received by EverythingEco.ca in unused condition with original product packaging. All sales become final after 30 days. Shipping charges are non-refundable and are the customer's responsibility on all exchanges and returns. All refunds will be paid by the same method the payment was made. Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive your package to process your refund.

Privacy

Your privacy and the protection of your personal information are extremely important to us. We do NOT share your personal information with ANYONE. We collect personal information strictly for the express purpose of contacting you about your order. We will not contact you with marketing information unless you explicitly give us permission to do so. Your credit card transactions are certified safe by PayPal.
