Environmental Philosophy

At EverythingEco.ca, we are committed to reducing our environmental impact as much as possible. We offer only products that, in either their production or use, are making a positive impact on protecting our environment. In many cases, the materials used to manufacture our products would have ended up in a landfill had they not been turned into the cool things we sell.

We are absolutely committed to reducing, reusing and recycling. We offer minimal product packaging. Where possible, we use 100% post-consumer recycled paper, and we recycle all of our shipping materials. (Don't be offended if your order comes packed in used cardboard!) Our office and storage space is tiny.  Our tiny space helps us reduce the amount of electricity and water we use.

Every little bit helps, so we try to reduce our carbon footprint by having goods shipped to us from the shortest possible distance.

Ordering Policies

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal.     Simply choose which method of payment you would like to use when you check out.     All payments are processed using the highest level of security available in the credit card industry.      You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to pay by credit card. To keep the costs down for you and for us, we do not accept COD orders.

Currency

All payments are made in Canadian funds (CAD).     If you are ordering from the USA, your payment will be converted to US funds by your credit card provider or PayPal depending on the method of payment you have chosen.

Order Changes and Cancellations

When your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail to alert you when processing has begun. If you notice any changes that may need to be corrected in your order, please contact us as quickly as possible as we cannot cancel an order after it has been shipped.

Shipping

EverythingEco.ca ships anywhere in Canada and the US by Canada Post and US Postal Service. Options range from normal package delivery to expedited Courier. You will know your exact shipping costs prior to completing your sale.    You will pay only what Canada Post/US Postal Service charges.    There are no additional fees for shipping and handling.   Once we have processed your order you will receive a tracking number so that you can keep tabs on your cool eco-friendly products while they are en route to you!

Duty

Most of our products are manufactured in countries who are part of the North American Free Trade Agreement, so there is no duty.    A small number of our items are made in other countries like the Philippines or China.     Those items may be subject to duty imposed by the US government.    Duty is collected by the US Postal Service and is the sole responsibility of the customer.    Typically, items with a total value of $200 or less and purchased for personal consumption in the US are not subject to US duty.    For more information on orders being shipped to the United States, visit the US Customs and Border protection website.

Non-Delivery of items

Orders that are undeliverable to the address you have provided or are not accepted at that address are shipped back to EverythingEco Enterprises Ltd.    The charges for return shipping on undeliverable packages will be deducted from any refund that is owing to you.    There will be no refund on those items if they are returned after 30 days.

Returns

We are confident you will be 100% happy with your purchase. In the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied, please contact us immediately. We will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of package receipt. Exchanges and/or returns must be received by EverythingEco.ca in unused condition with original product packaging. All sales become final after 30 days. Shipping charges are non-refundable and are the customer's responsibility on all exchanges and returns. All refunds will be paid by the same method the payment was made. Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive your package to process your refund.

Sorry, NO returns on underwear.

Your privacy and the protection of your personal information are extremely important to us. We do NOT share your personal information with ANYONE. We collect personal information strictly for the express purpose of contacting you about your order. We will not contact you with marketing information unless you explicitly give us permission to do so. Your PayPal and credit card transactions are certified safe by PayPal. PayPal delivers one of the most powerful online risk management systems in the world. PayPal is a leader in privacy and identity protection.
