Shipping

EverythingEco.ca ships anywhere in Canada and the US by Canada Post and US Postal Service. Options range from normal package delivery to expedited Courier. You will know your exact shipping costs prior to completing your sale.    You will pay only what Canada Post/US Postal Service charges.    There are no additional fees for shipping and handling.   Once we have processed your order you will receive a tracking number so that you can keep tabs on your cool eco-friendly products while they are en route to you!

Duty

Most of our products are manufactured in countries who are part of the North American Free Trade Agreement, so there is no duty.    A small number of our items are made in other countries like the Philippines or China.     Those items may be subject to duty imposed by the US government.    Duty is collected by the US Postal Service and is the sole responsibility of the customer.    Typically, items with a total value of $200 or less and purchased for personal consumption in the US are not subject to US duty.    For more information on orders being shipped to the United States, visit the US Customs and Border protection website.

Non-Delivery of items

Orders that are undeliverable to the address you have provided or are not accepted at that address are shipped back to EverythingEco Enterprises Ltd.    The charges for return shipping on undeliverable packages will be deducted from any refund that is owing to you.    There will be no refund on those items if they are returned after 30 days.

Cancellations

When your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail to alert you when processing has begun. If you notice any changes that may need to be corrected in your order, please contact us as quickly as possible as we cannot cancel an order after it has been shipped.
